Teachers Knowing When Your Stoned

So before school today i got complety ripped with my gf an friend. We walk into school an all i can smell is straight Chronic an Cigarette. Get a couple squirts of curve an go into my first mod class which is spanish. Sittin there stoned as fuck but a lil paranoid my teacher says to me, Ryan do you wear contacts or glasses. I say um no why an of course she says well it just looks like your a lil chink eyed today. My stomach Drops an i had no clue to say. So finally i say um i have a problem with seeing things at long distance. Got out of everything but it could of ended up prtty bad.
 

Just thought i would share my story since im sittin in second mod ripped as fuck

I never understood the allure of being high at school. Don't get me wrong, I love to smoke, being stoned at school just seems like such a buzz kill.

I used to smoke before school and during lunch for all of last year /claim. I always felt like my teachers knew and I think a few of them did but they just choose to say nothing. I don't think you can get in trouble for being high anyways unless you have something on you.

slightly untrue. i recently heard a story of a friend of a friend of mine who was busted for smelling like pot. they proceeded to search his bags, locker, and car, and found a roach in his car and expelled him

The allure is a few different things. First you have the satisfaction that your teachers dont know your high and there right there. Second while individual moments of time go super slow the day goes fast because you forget what happened a few minutes ago.

He was busted because he had a roach. A roach still can have pot in it unless you smoke the joint all the way to the actual roach itself.

wow...you could really get your teacher in trouble for calling you chink-eyed. unless you live in the pure white heart of alabama or something where there are no asians to be offended. anyhow, im pretty sure a few of my teachers know i smoke, because i come im pretty ripped after lunch sometimes. but i still focus and work in class, so as long as i dont create a problem, they dont really care. also you can get away with it easily if its first class, because everyone is dazed and tired anyways.

You're there to educate yourself, if you feel like getting high instead, why even go to class? That's a waste of weed and time. I always saw it as the insecure stoners trying to look "cool" in front of their peers. In fact, I'd try to draw attention to them just because they pissed me off. The teacher would ask a difficult question and I'd go "um, I think that dude (dumb kid that comes to class high everyday) knows the answer"

Its not very different from the stupid kids that would have a few drinks a lunch. "Hey guys! We're drunk!... AT SCHOOL!"

Or maybe they realize how fucking useless high school education is past a certain point. If it's a freshman, it's not such a good idea since that's when you learn some basics. But really, it's all useless bullshit. High school is a social education, if anything.

Although I do ultimately agree with you; it is a waste of weed and time.

Depends on the class. For example, I used to go to math high because I hate math and I knew I wasn't going to do well anyways, so it made it more interesting. I liked Philosophy stoned because I would come up with all sorts of crazy shit and actually be more productive and engaged in class discussions. Science and History classes on the other hand are way better sober because otherwise you have no idea what's going on and you forget half the shit you hear, which is pretty important in classes like that where memorization is 90% of it.

When i was in high school i would go to art ripped as fuck all the time,and i think my teacher knew. We went on this art trip for a week to portland and we got caught smoking bud a couple of time, and he didnt say anything to the school it was cool

i don't smoke, but i'm no stranger to having a couple of beers, or a sparks or two before class.  I notice that with a little buzz going, time goes by waaay faster, and i'm usually more attentive, because time is going by smoothly and i'm not staring at the clock.
Granted I'm 21 and can't get in trouble, when i was younger i used to do it all the time anyways.
sorry but if you're not having fun in school, you're not learning anything.

and a lot of teachers smoke pot, if he called you chink eyed he does or has for sure.  just don't get super ripped man, thats dumb, but a good buzz makes everything go by awesome.

I dropped shrooms in front of my teacher once CLAIM. He was chill about it though, we watched a bootleg copy of starwars episode 3 in his class, it was sick.

SOLID way to pass highschool. :)

If anything, dont do pills kids. a friend might be suspended/expelled because the dumbass went from stumbling around the hallways to passing out in class.

every morning at 9 my buddy comes to my apartment and wakes me up with a bowl in my bong. im high all day after that. going to class high makes lecture classes where you listen and take notes more tolerable for me.

proof of this is the 90 i got on my business law test a few weeks ago which i was super stoned for.

if you think weed effects your academics that much, you must have bigger problems. like add or something.

I did once before an english class. We were having a discussion about a book and I came up with something genius to say in my head so I raised my hand. Once he finally called on me I forget every single thing I had planned on saying, leaving him to just stare at me while I mumbled something before I said nevermind. He stared at me for another 20 seconds after I gave up making me feel super awkward for the rest of class.

i do sometimes before school since my ride usually has it on him, and ocassionaly at lunch since i always have gym after lunch.

but i dont think my teachers ever know,, my mom actually bought me visine because my eyes have been really itchy lately due to allergies. so its good

I never really saw a reason that i shouldn't be high while i was in class. I'm talking about high school not college. in high school you're basically just hanging out with your friends for 8 hours so why not chill with them high. i never found it difficult to pay attention or do well. i had a 3.9 gpa, but then again high schools mad easy.

This one class in highschool we went hiking for a few days and the last day as where hiking back down from the top of the mt., me and a few kids stop to let everyone pass so we could smoke. We let everyone pass and finally the teacher comes up, hes in his late 20's, and were like yea were just letting everyone by to take a piss, and hes like alright, then looks at me and says make sure they get down ok. This teacher was probably blazed too cause another day we saw him and another teacher standing off the trail for about 3 minutes and we came up on them and they got all scared, so they came up with the excuse that they were pissing.
Also, this teacher is the soccer coach and says hows hes been to all these Dead concerts. And i know some kids who use to pick him up at the bars on weekend and cruise around and blaze with him, then drop him back off.

I'm a freshman at American U. and 2 of my roommates teachers came down to visit for the weekend, and we went out drinking with them, and vaped in our room.  It was mad awkward at first, but they were chill as hell

Aye pointing out high people to the teacher is fucked up. Even if they are being a little annoying bring it up with them don't snitch.


That said, being high at school is enjoyable and not really a problem if you're not a giggly piece of shit

People shouldn't take this the wrong way, I love getting high more than most.

I would get high in high school all the time. Except I wouldn't stay on campus, I'd go do something more entertaining than sitting in class. I racked up a lot of absences but in the end I felt better, since I agree high school is a joke and I took full advantage of my time. A couple of friends and I would just decide to not go to school that morning in the parking lot, we'd roll a blunt and drive up to Tahoe. Or we'd just go longboarding, anything besides ruining our high by listening to some teacher drone on and worrying about getting caught with weed on campus.

I can see it being an interesting stimulus for a philosophy class though.
