let us bow our heads in silence for the passing of our dear friend David Roudolf Pauls (I'm sorry for putting your middle name in their buddy) for according to SBC Skier he has passed away.

No worries though, because trusty Doug Bishop will make everyone in Ontario proud with his cover shot (or at least the person Doug is claiming to be)...

yo, what the fucks' up with the new issue of SBC Skier? for dave's pic is says 'skier: deceased' and that ain't doug on the cover... that and the way she wrote the article made it sound like skiing had no park scene in Ontario - but last year the scene kicked ass dude, skiers throwin' down and snowboarders givin' props.

WHAT!

I donno, had a good laugh though (and in the article it's got a quote from Jodi saying we got our S-rail at the start of the year - jodi... ? )

Oh come on guys, he's not dead, I was chilling with him yesterday. The caption says 'And you thought Saskatchewan was flat. Skier: Deceased'

What they mean is the pic shows a jump at blue and only the transoition before the landing, makes it look like that is the landing.. Basically they're joking about all our jumps sucking ass and having flat landings.

Dave is nto dead, and by the way route all 'are you dead' messages to ductapeboy one t not two.

Well SKIER had it right, Dave Pauls is dead, he's been clinically deceased for about a year, you see there was this pesky business of not enough brain activity to be registered on the meter. SO although his body lives on and habitually skis and slides rails, there is no proof he's had an independant thought in ages
