Does it slid as well as metal. Also i am making a flat down flat for my back yard for summer skiing with the turf, any tips on how to make it. I have got a general plan but not to sure on how to do the down

it doesnt slide quite as well as metal, but its really cheap and easy to replace, and it hurts way less if you tank.

You need to talk to the guys in the Build a Jib cult.

i kind of have mixed emotions about pvc. It slides a little different than metal. But it's nice becasue it doesn't damage your edges as much, and hurts a little less when you fall. The downfalls are that it can get cold and chip/break. But i mean like the other dude said it's easy to replace.

pvc is great for rails. its a little more slippery than metal but still really nice. ive had my pvc rails for a couple years now and none of them have broken.

yeah i have a pvc box thats 10 feet long and it slides really well, even without alot of speed

yeah its good but you can catch an edge sometimes but most of the time its good, i have a flat down over a huge like natural ledge. its sick
