How to 810 onto a rail

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to do this. I am trying to learn some new tricks this upcoming season and I think this would be a good one. any advice? I saw that french dude do one once and it was pretty cool looking and I'm like if some guy from france can do it and I'm from america and therefore better than I can do that shit

Basically what you do is go off the jump (preferably a 50-60ft. gap onto the rail) and turn your head back hard enough to see the takeoff as soon as possible. Now that you got your corked rotation set, do what ballet dancers do and pick a reference point (in this case the ground). What you do during your spin is that you turn your head as fast as possible to get it back around to see the ground, let your body come around then continue the rotation. This will enable you to spin very fast without loosing air sense. Now that is the tricky part because you can't really spot your rail at all times because you are still rotating. What you do next is once you finish your spin (you should be upright because of previous experiences spinning corked and coimming out of a corked position) you should have the rail within a reasonable sight and if you spun correctly it should be in position to land right on and ride clean away. A few things though, comming off the lip make sure you are already lined up with the rail so it will make a world of things easier if you spin off the jump without carving, you'll just shoot strait onto the rail. Also another thing you might want to do for prepping is to work out on your quads and other essiential muscles because the landing on that rail is going to be a rough one at that. Hope that helps.

810 to rail is so easy. i think its easier than 180 in tennis shoes. youll be fine

its like a corked 9 excpet you dont spin as far and not so corked so you can land flat on the rail

yeah that 810 almost made me fail an assignment I was suppose to bring in a shot of someone doing something that the teacher would think was humanily impossoble and show him(it was extra credit but I knew i had the picture so i figured what the heck). Well my teacher kept telling me it was photo shopped or something, until i showed him the footage then his jaw dropped and i got alot of credit. It was sweet.

The biggest difference between that 810 to rail and Candide's is that Thovex's was on a table top and the other one was a step up. I would way rather try that on a step up because you have much less speed both vertically and horizontaly when you hit the rail. On a table top you land going just as fast as at the lip.

but on a serious note, if the 810 to rail is out of style how do you do the 990 to rail? Because I don't want to be out of style, man. I want to be the steeziest
