Help with corks

everytime i try 2 throw a off axis/cork of any kind or spin i can land on my feet, i dont get the concept of how to do them, how do u spin, throw my arms which way, im having big trouble with the concept and it has already landed me in the hospital for a week before...any tips????

if you spin left, drop your left shoulder. there are alot of threads on this so search it and im sure you will get soem good info and figure it out

You're probably dropping your sholder too much and not remembering to spin. when you get them you'll realize its kindof more of a throwing your hips in front.
