The Studio's 4th annual event at Mount Southington was a success. Instead of placing riders 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, the crew distributed prizes for big tricks, creativity, and more during the 2 hour jam session. Last years winter was one to remember on the East. We got so much snow people didn't know what to do with it. Mike DeJohn took full advantage of this and had one of his most productive seasons yet. Between traveling all over the East filming for our short film Illicit Business and shredding around Mount Snow he was able to stack some serious footage. Huge thanks to everyone that helped and hope you enjoy!!!!

860 Media and The Studio crew present illicit Business, our first full length ski film. Directed by Chris DeJohn and supported by The Studio Clothing, the film also features skiing from Lupe Hagearty, Mike DeJohn, Chris DeJohn, Kirk Scully, and Jared DeGumbia. After hitting rails in Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Quebec for most of the season, the guys ripped Carinthia Parks for a private shoot. This year aside from making our yearly park edits, we decided to hit the streets and produce a longer film. With the support of The Studio Clothing this was possible. Our crew was Lupe Hagearty, Mike & Chris DeJohn, Kirk Scully, and Jared Degumbia. Throughout last winter we traveled along the East Coast in search of gnarly urban handrails and smooth trannies.
Headed up to Mount Snow's Peace pipe jam to get some final laps in before working all summer. Saw a bunch of homies and the weather was great. The rails were sliding smooth and the snow smoother, just had to watch out for the slush it will swallow you up. Most of the crew wasn't able to come up but we were still able to capture some smooth riding check it out!

After a long and eventful winter of filming for our movie all over the East Coast, we all flocked Carinthia for closing laps. After a few long weeks in the street the crew linked up back at home turf for some laps. Filmed for only two days, but managed to have some ill weather and soft laps. Lupe Hagearty was on the absolute grind last year. This was what he was able to capture while traveling around city to city looking for rails.
