Whistler Blackcomb Unveils

New Website Provides Inside Scoop On Athletes, Events And Anything Snow

WHISTLER, BC, September 07, 2007 –, presented by Whistler Blackcomb is now online, offering everything you need to know about the pros, their secret spots, friends, favorite places, adventures, travels and more. is a site for anyone to see what Whistler Blackcomb’s athletes are up to throughout the season.  Registered users can post blogs or just drop by to read athlete blogs, check out photos, watch the latest movie teasers and get up to date info on news and events happening in and around Whistler and the ski and snowboard world.

There are reasons why athletes live in Whistler and why so many visit every year - the mountains, the snow, the terrain, the night life (oh the night life!) and so much more.  Athletes such as Sarah Burke; Leanne Pelosi; Priscilla Levac; Mark Abma; Justin Lamoureux; Ian McIntosh; Dan Treadway and Mikey Rencz are all part of the “Untracked” family and for good reason.  The stories and lives of these athletes, as well as every other athlete who visits town, are the ones we want you to know about.

Until now, only a chosen few were privy to this information.  Now it’s your turn and we want you to have an all access pass to the lives of these pros to see why they do what they do and what Whistler means to them.   As the season goes on, athletes will be posting updates and photos of there best “pow” day, best Sushi Village moment, best wipe out, best friends, travel stories and who knows what else.

As an added bonus - so we don’t have jealous stalkers on our hands, has put together one of the sickest contests of the season.  “Three Sticks of Bacon & a Helicopter” is another way of saying “come to Whistler for a week, all expenses paid and live like a pro”.  The prize for two includes: return airfare (from anywhere in North America); Star Limo transfers; Whistler Blackcomb lift tickets; a day of heli skiing or riding with Whistler Heli-Skiing; accommodation at the Holiday Inn; a Nintendo Wii and more.

For more information and to enter online visit for the chance to win a very, very good week for two in Whistler.
