Vail Resorts Offers Epic Pass for 60% Off Original Price For Credentialed SIA Snow Show Attendees Only

MCLEAN, Va. (Jan. 14, 2010) - Even though Vail Resort's Epic Season Pass sales have been closed to the general public since November, 2010 SIA Snow Show attendees will be able to purchase the 2009-2010 Epic Pass for only $199 – more than 60% off the original price.

“We are thrilled that Denver is the new home for the SIA Snow Show and we are happy to offer this incredible deal to its attendees,” said Heidi Kercher-Pratt, Chief Marketing Officer, Vail Resorts. “For only $199 SIA attendees will have unlimited access to 17,000 acres of terrain spread across 3 states beginning Feb. 1 through the remainder of the season. It's our way of showing our appreciation to the professionals in our industry.”

Epic Pass holders will receive unlimited skiing/riding at six amazing mountain resorts including Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly and Arapahoe Basin beginning Feb. 1 through the close of this season. And when the snow melts, the Epic Pass can be used for lift access to mountain bike and hiking trails throughout the summer months.

$10 of the Epic Season Pass purchase price will go to fund the non-profit Winter Feels Good, which supports outreach for introducing youth to snow sports.
