Scandinavian Team Battle at CopenHill returns for the fourth time this summer and the world's biggest dry-slope competition is not slowing down. With a high-level slopestyle course, a huge crowd cheering on the skiers, and Copenhagen summer vibes it will be a hell of a weekend from start to end. We're expecting another great show from the stacked crew, and a big crowd turning up for one of the parties of the season.

If you don’t know the format of the competition by now, five teams of two skiers compete against each other skiing full runs through the slightly sketchy plastic course. Each team represents their country and the skiers always ski the course together. Creativity, big sends, and general crowd-pleasers are highly rewarded and the skiers often find ways to do something unique, funny, or scary to impress the crowd and judges. Thing Orage Masters but minus the snow.

The reigning champions Jesper Tjäder and Emil Granbom of Team Sweden return for the fourth time and it’s exciting to see if they can defend their title this year. Check out last year's action for a flavor of things to come:

“I couldn’t be more stoked to once again host such amazing skiers in my home city to ski plastic in the summer sun! I believe this year’s event will be the biggest one yet and I can’t wait to see it all unfold”. - Jakob Ebskamp (Event organizer and skier of TEAM DENMARK).

Scandinavian Team Battle is a lot more than just a competition on plastic. The skiers enjoy everything Copenhagen has to offer and besides a lot of swimming, biking, skateboarding, and other fun activities the event also has a live concert and a big rooftop afterparty. If you're in Europe and craving some skiing, or even just a great weekend, this isn't one to miss. Copenhagen is an amazing city and hard to beat on sunny summer days.
