BRIMACOMBE is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Food Services Manager for our fast-paced ski resort cafeterias. Responsibilities include all aspects of the operation of two on-site locations, from staffing and stocking to pricing, prep, service and clean up. We occasionally hold special events that may require planning and execution of fare beyond typical cafeteria-style.RequirementsApplicants must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, and the ability to communicate courteously and effectively both orally and in writing. The candidate must possess strong organizational, management, and administrative skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work on own initiative. The successful candidate will have at least three years experience in Food Service management having a demonstrated understanding of cafeteria-style operations and supervision of food preparation and serving personnel.
