Who cares about benefits if your manager is just going to use them against you and terrorize you with them if you show up 1 minute late for work, or don't show 'company moral'. What is company moral anyways? I seemed to think it was being a loyal employee who didn't steal, respected his workmates, and produced a good product. However, Intrawest seems to think I'm wrong. They're definition?: Walking around with a perma-grin even if you've just had your pass suspended, for um, wait...what was it suspended for again?.. Oh that's right, nothing, just another Terror suspension so that you break down to that Australian Protocol they're so keen on enforcing. Anyways, enough ranting, I think everyone knows all this already (unless you're a manager and have had it brainwashed out of you by now)... oh and thanks for that lovely Staff house,er, dirty 'maintance' raided shit hole of a closet you supply as a benefit.
