How do the put caremel into the center of caramel bars
so, anyone know the answer? i think they freeze the cremel into little squares then poor chocolate over them.

frozen method for the mass manufactured stuff.
for the hand made stuff they coat the tray then pour caramel then pour more chocolate.

i say they have molds to make the top rounded part and when they are solid they pour the caramel in and then just pour chocolate on top. but freezer is definately used in my opinion...
