The gender pay gap isn’t real. Individuals determine what their labor is worth, businesses decide if they are willing to pay that and it is in a business’s best interest to pay its employees as little as possible. If you don’t look out for yourself your employers will try to fuck you over regardless of your gender.

Sorry I guess what I should have said is the gender pay gap isn’t an actual problem. Women as an entire group do technically make less than men as a group… so you’re technically right that a gap exists. The implications and conclusions that idiots like you draw from it are communist nonsense though.

I did read the article and it does nothing to refute my point that this isn’t actually a problem… You are responsible for accepting the terms of your employment offered by your employer. if you want to make more money then negotiate a higher salary. It’s pretty basic
