It was an interesting choice they made, I dont know how many years ago. I dont think you can still buy shares btw. But there must be a way to sell your shares?

They should still share financial results and what they are doing etc to their shareholders. Do they still do that? I would love to read up on their performance and spending etc..

Yeah, we receive their annual reports and accounts – but I’m not posting them here.

What I will say is this: the “almost break even” story is the same tired bullshit they’ve been pushing for years, and the latest report is more of the same. Faction still drives nearly all the business, and they’re basically banking on Phaenom to somehow blow up and double their market.

Meanwhile, they restructured, killed off the FW Apparel brand, and still haven’t hit profitability. Just polished the numbers to make them sound decent. Oh, and they just diluted the hell out of shareholders.

They’ve got lofty growth forecasts, but if you’ve been following this for a while, none of this is new: big promises and “next year will be the one.” But the numbers tell a different story – still bleeding, still fundraising, still no profit.

I entertained throwing money at Full Stack and had the investor packet a while ago, maybe around 2018ish? They were relatively new and really riding Candide's popularity at the time, so it was easy to demonstrate the brand's growth. I assume they're all-in on Eileen now, and they're banking on China's market growth to accelerate.

Part of the investor presentation focused on pursuing a rental product assortment. Did they ever follow through on this anywhere? Haven't seen any in North America. I know it's not a popular play, especially in this weird corner of the internet, but selling rental equipment is crucial to becoming a major brand. You have to recognize that bigger manufacturing orders leads to purchasing power with suppliers, allowing better margins and cash flow.

I thought entering the ski boot market was a wild choice. Economics of ski boots SUCKS. Developing a mold is expensive, developing a brand is hard.

Around the time I was thinking of investing, Armada got sold to Amer. When I saw they sold for only $4M and revenues were around $10M - that's all I needed to see. The ski industry is a delicate dance, and successful businesses don't get enough recognition for staying around. All in all, I'm glad I kept my money.

Thats why they bought old molds of a popular boot from back in the day.. Or was that some wild rumor?

With setups like this I am always a bit distrustful. Its difficult to check where the money really goes and the main shareholders are some rich guys doing it just for fun and the bragging rights in the Verbier ski lift telling their corporate ski buddys they own a ski brand.
