Is skiing everyday worth it?

I'm planning on working a shit ton this summer so I don't have to work during ski season next year. The only problem is that the nearest ski resort to me is an hour and a half away. I drive up around 3 times a week after school and it costs about 20 dollars of gas per drive. So if I go everyday that's 20x7 days a week and I ski around 12 weeks a season. In total, if I pay for all of my gas myself, that's 1,680 dollars just for gas. Is it worth it or should I just keep working during ski season and going 3-4 times a week?

I took a road trip for like 6 weeks last year and skied about 35 out of 45 days; you'll deff want some off days 7 days a week is a lot and getting a rest day in every now and then is good. that's a lot of driving every day too I'm sure you'll want a break from that as well.
