So to preface I’ve already gotten a pair of 2.0 bindings Warrantied because of the crap plastic heel window cover.
the current problem is definitely way more sketch - hence why I’m throwing this up.
As the title says my baseplates for my heel pieces have also cracked. It took me until now to realize that the baseplate on the 2.0 baseplate is 100% way thinner than the og pivots so I was wondering if this seems like me being a tard skiing, manufacturing defect, or if they got fucked cuz they weren’t mounted right (When I took them to get mounted they just didn’t even screw one of the toe pieces so it wouldn’t surprise me).
Another thing that I noticed is that the end of the baseplate towards the tail doesn’t even sit flush with the ski itself and I have a feeling that ain’t supposed to happen either.
Pray to god I can just get these Warrantied too but I’ll fs update when I hear back from the store I got them from. Also emailed Look directly to ask them so if they say something different I will let yall know.
