Job Market in SLC?

How is the job market in SLC for a new grad from university? Would it be realistic to secure an entry level position within 6 months?

I am close to finishing a Statistics+Compsci degree and looking into everything in finance, tech, or whatever.

It's pretty good. Lots of jobs in banking, defense, and tech. Wages aren't the highest, but it's totally manageable. If you live in slc proper, you might have a bit of a commute. Most of the defense jobs are 20 miles north and the tech jobs are 20 miles south.

If you’re looking for a job as well do something within property management and you can live month to month at one of their properties and get an employee discount, when I lived in Utah I was maintenance and got 60% off rent stacked employee discount lol
