Skiing with a broken wrist

I decently broke my wrist skiing, it isnt a major break but I am in a cast for four weeks. I am going skiing this weekend should I be worried about landing on it or can i still send it in the park. (I am two weeks into the cast)

If you go, take it real easy. Would suck to screw up, probably make it worse and take even longer to recover. I’d recommend against skiing.

ski but go easy and don’t fall, if you do fall be super conscious about how you fall and keep your arm out of it

Are you 15? In which case if you jack it up further skiing it will probably still heal fully?
If you're 25 ish and re injure it right now it will probably be fucked for your whole life.

Eh you're fine tbh. I feel comfortable skiing with broken bones below my elbow. Am I gonna go hard? Absolutely not, but I'm not gonna sit out just cause my dick beater is broken.

Ur good. Pull a wool sock over your hand. If it's cold, pull a plastic bag over that, then another sock. If you're crashing just don't land on it and be prepared to go down and let the rest of your body take the crash.

Speaking from a wealth of experience, do not ski. I have broken my wrists/arms seven times, all but one was skiing related. The last 4 were all due to re-breaking/creating a new break while skiing, because the bones are compromised.

It resulted in 4 surgeries, tons of complications, and many lost opportunities. It just isn't worth it, especially for such a small time period where you shouldn't be riding. I totally get it, it sucks to get sidelined especially when you're fired up and wanting to get after it regardless, but it just is not worth it. You'll always regret lacking caution, you won't ever regret being cautious.

put that shit in a sling and do not fall on it if youre going skiing bruv, aint worth it imo but i get it. maybe just take some carver laps

Voyage86’s bones are made of wet tissue paper, I wouldn’t listen to him.

You will be absolutely fine, ditch the poles and channel Pepperoni Fujas from Idea.
