OP, just go with the Nightstick 104 in a 188, it's roughly what you're looking for. Recommended mount point is -3.4 cm from center, that's perfect for mounting around -1 or -2 for park use.
On the Ranger (recommended mount is -10cm), you're gonna be fighting the sidecut pushing the mount that far forward, it'll feel snakey and nervous when you're really ripping. Cutting the recommended mountpoint in half and exceeding that is where things usually start to get weird.
Echoing the post below, my DPS Koala 103 is -6 recommended so I went -3 and it's good for my needs. Slightly forward feeling but keeps everything balanced. My favorite mount point is -1 from center but I'd want a different ski for that. I even reached out to a DPS athlete about their mount and they said -1 feels weird, go at least -2.
lil.BoyeMounted my dps koala 103 at -2, seems like a fairly similar ski. I am for sure a bit in front of the camber but feels quite natural. Being so far forward on the ski really opens up the tips, making it easier to get over the noses for butters and nollies. I really like mine, but they are stiffer than what i preffer. Still a good do it all ski to haul some ass in the park or some boot deep.
