Matej drops hardest park edit of all time??

Obviously an exaggeration... but maybe not?? The first lil edit on insta of the switch quad with the calebsiphone voiceover was dope and pretty funny, but oh my goodness matej took it and ran with it. I know I'm kinda glazing matej rn (I'm not a bruce oldham burner account i swear), but that ender clip of him casually throwing a switch trip 14 whilst holding the cleanest critical grab actually made me cream my pants. Thoughts?

I saw a lot of weird rotations you don’t usually see and crazy rail combos and taps, not good enough? I feel like if he spun half as much everyone would be stoked on the next creative skier

i mean i think the edit is all time based on the intro alone lol. but those tricks are soooooo far removed from anything close to the tricks that my friends and i can do that i get real lost watching the hammers he’s laying down. i need at least 2 rail tricks for my smooth brain to reprocess between mega spins. slomo shots help too lol

i just rewatched the edit and its got a lot more rail tricks than big air spins too. i wish they were more intertwined but honestly who cares lol. that pretz 4 is so god damn quick cause its pretty low and he’s haulin. crazy that he laces it. homies the future and the future is now lol



edit: i was actually talking about the 4 to 4 on the flat. i think its lower

I can't hold you I usually hate super tech skiing but this shit was so beyond another level it completely changed my view on Matej. I had to run this entire edit back at .75 speed to get my head around some of the tricks

i love watching delorme smooth out every wrinkle in the universe at 1/4 speed as much as anyone but sometimes full speed, max rotation, rowdy as fuck, bolted bangers are what you need to see you through to ultimate glory

That edit got me more hyped to ski than anything I've seen in a minute. Not to take a dig at any of this year's film projects (great cinematography, filmmaking, and sheer vibes) but it's refreshing to see a huckfest to some butt rock.

I get the feeling he filmed that in like an afternoon though, he's just the best park skier in the world right now IMO. There are probably some people who are more tech on rails, but no one touches him on the jumps at the moment.
