It's San Diego. The F-14 Tomcat (the plane on the ski) has a long history with SD. Top Gun (both the movie and the flight school) was based in San Diego and was best known for its F-14s. Just slightly outside the graphic is Coronado island, which is where the fighters for the Pacific fleet are based when they're not on a ship. There were F-14s constantly flying around that area for decades.

SlushSeasonThe one on the topsheet is the SAN international airport. You can tell by the docks around it. Miramar is several miles north from the topsheet image
Good catch. Shape of the runways are very similar. Miramar would have made more sense with the f14’s.
