Building a summer setup is there any alternative instead of turf
weastcoatLittle pvc tubes would work well but only on the down slope. You’re gonna want turf on the lip so you have something to grip w the edges of your skis
1" pvc spaced every 6" or so on the steep incline and then turf for the lip and tranny of the setup..plastic lattice fencing or that stiffer construction orange/green garden fencing works good too. The soft orange construction fencing has too much friction against the bases imo
if you have an ice rink near you you could take a few trips and shovel some snow into some bins and put it on top of something itll stick to. I did it with some homies a few days ago and it was so much fun.

Post count is in a happy place. It's summer and I lost a lot of braincells lately. Thats what happens when you nuke a helmet and proceed to ski more and whack your head 4 more times insanely hard. I have a feeling I'm gonna regret that for the rest of my life.

This was December. Since then I have been extra st00pid. Inhaled pvc fumes, used brake cleaner in enclosed spaces, touched parts covered in coolant and then eating food without washing my hands etc. Can't wait till cancer and early death.
Cults are dead but worth poking around build a jib for some info on success and failure with summer setups. I think Andy Parry did an article on here a few years back too
