Maybe one day:). I like baking, I feel like baking is more rewarding than cooking. Sadly I only have time for baking during summers.

Well I put both under the same umbrella. I do a lot of baking as well. So for me it’s all under “cooking”. Some macarons I made.

I used to love throwing chicken rice and veggies with bacon into my pressure cooker when i worked from home. Now i mostly just do the ground chicken, green beans and rice thing for work since it's quick and easy with minimal cleanup and about 10 mins.

Also sirloin steaks in the pan from Goodranchers.com. Best steaks ever.

Pressure cookers ftw. I’m a bit partial to porterhouses and t bones. Close second bone in rib eye or bone in strip.

I get two Tbones in the box as well. Definitely the best. Little butter and rosemairy finished with a little olive oil

Cast iron, oil, whole garlic cloves smashed, rosemary’s, steaks and baste with butter. Fucking yum.



though these were grilled.
