I didnt think there was a proper way to do it but I have never seen a synched jacket that looks bad

don’t synch it super tight around your waist. synch it as much as you can before it starts touching your waist so it can move freely up and down and lay naturally. it should be loosely around your waist, not hugging it like a belt.
