Eldora is the most dangerous resort in Colorado in terms of injuries, but the terrain is so much less intense than pretty much all the rest of the resorts. Just yesterday I was skiing there with one of my bros when he fell and broke his left ankle and his right leg, like how does this shit happen on a groomer?? (It was on international btw.) He was snowboarding too! It might have something to do with the “oh it’s eldora, what can go wrong” mindset, but idk. Anyone have some insight on why it’s such a dangerous resort?

One time I got run into by some guy who skis like this. Dude was bombing straight down mary jane trail at wp and ran straight into me. I was fine but this dude went flying down the hill and lost all his shit, then he marched up the hill all pissed and tried to fight me. The funniest thing about it is that some other rando was taking a video of his kid skiing down and you can see it all go down in the background.
I was skiing there on Sunday and in the same hour some lady got a heart attack and a jerry cracked his head open. What the fuck dude, eldora strikes again
