Armada just sells rebranded Kohla skins- which are definitally a legit and reputable brand. Havent used them myself, but have heard from people some great things and have heard from others that the glue doesnt last as long as some other brands, and you may need to reglue after 15 or so tours.
Not saying to not get them, as thats a great deal and a great skin, but entry level skins like the
g3 alpinist (on sale for $63) are even cheaper because they are full nylon, which is a little more forgiving as far as grip, maintenance, durability, and glue go (sacrificing glide and weight). They get a lot of flack for a good reason, but its a cheap way that Gets you uphill and is great to practice with. The Kohlas are a 70/30 blend, which are a great mix of glide and grip, and are definitally a nicer skin. Do with that data what you will.
