Intuition wrap liners in full tilt boot shin pain

got some molded intuition wrap liners for my full tilt boots (classic hd), but they instantly hurt the outer sides of my shins. whether i try to wrap them tighter around my shins or not, nothing changes. cant even ski a full day in them. already tried heating them a second time to lower the volume and same result. the wrap liners that came with the boots dont have the same problem. any possible solutions i should try.

we’re they pre molded? heat to mold maybe? also if your foot is legitimately not secure in your boot, you will still get shin or toe bang. Could just be shitty sizing

Get bigger calf muscles... or try a product called "The Eliminator" which is basically a shim that goes between your shin and boot liner to better "fill" the boot.

Idk but I have some dalbellos with the wrap spiral type liner and that shit hurts the outside of my calf so bad all the time. Idk if it’s cuz I’m skinny and don’t fit in them probably but yea next pair of boots I get will not have that spiral liner I hate it

Not sure if you fixed this problem, I flipped the liner so it folds on the inner part of my shin first, not sure if it affects anything, but definitely made the pain go away.
