I'm lucky enough to have a parking garage with a thing in the middle where they plow the snow into, its insulated by itself, and the snow lasts till july sometimes, it will be gone earlier this year. But take that shi home and set up a tube or something this was last weekend when it was cooler and 40 degrees, so it still melted quick
OP if you’re from the states/Canada I can almost guarantee there is a way you could keep skiing right now.
The east coast still has spots of snow, there is Big Snow, the indoor ski place in jersey, the west is still buried in snow, and Quebec still has places to ski. I bet there is a Midwest spot where you could set up a rail where a jump once was too. Keep searching if you really want to keep skiing and it can happen, if not, listen to all these dope suggestions of other things to do in the off season.
Trad sucks Keep the skiing going until the lifts stop turning. Transition over to bikes and you'll be alright.
(also get super fucked-up in the desert a few times)

Get a bag of salt next time. Will help you keep the snow, keep it fast and solid and not so slushy. Obviously not going to last for super long still but it's worth it. Those wTer purifier or ice melt salt bags. If you go ice melt there's some that have gravel mixed in for some grit so avoid that shit.
If you want the feel of the slush can throw a little more on snow on top of the frozen snow for more grip and stuff.
Go back to work and make enough to get me through next winter.
I got into prospecting and rock hounding. Go look for interesting mineral formations and get one hell of a hike out of it. A normal day is 6-7hrs hiking over 15miles covered and about 3000ft vertical gain/loss on a search.
Work on a bike trail, or turn a path into a bike trail. Make some friends too.
Rock climbing is a fun cheaper sport to build more strength.
