I have the 2019 Noctas. I only got them mounted this season and I've been feeling like I can't really dig into the shovels as much as I'd like and am stuck in the backseat more than I'd like to be.
I'm 5'11" and about 165 lbs without gear or backpack. I'm finding in pristine powder I can mostly stay neutral but have to sometimes lean back a bit and if I am going to hit anyone's tracks I definitely have to lean back more than I'd like. I feel like I'm working harder than I should. I'm definitely finding they submarine more than I'd like them too in the deep stuff.
Thinking about mounting them back. Never mounted a ski back before. Will -1 or -2 cm make a big difference? I'm worried -1 cm might not make any difference and -2 might start to make the ski feel weird and harder to turn? Am I overthinking this?
Thanks
