Cork 7 help

The only video i could find was from like 3 years ago but everytime i go for cork 7 on tramp i end up kinda flipping but not really and it looks like a janky back full. Anyone know how i can keep the cork axis the whole way?

If u want a flatter axis don’t push ur hips up as much at the start of the flip

Don't drop your head so early. Try to spot in front of you at 3.
