Not getting the option to change my username

I'd like to change my username but it's not giving me an option to. I know it's an available option. Can a mod help me out?

You can change your username in settings. But we have it set that you need to wait 30 days in between name changes. Because this is a new account, you might not be passed the 30 days yet.
