How to progress with flips

Dropping the shoukder and turning your head instead of going straight back.

Also agree with above, tramps, pools, anything helps. Air awareness translates for sure. I def know people that suck at tricks on trampolines but can do them on skis. Somrtimes hucking it and not landing many can still help with the set and being calm about committing. A lot of times if you're dialed enough to be doing inverts you know you got it. Watch a video of somebody throwing s nice one of whatever trick. Look at how they come in, how they set. Visualize that shit.

If you see it in your head and you know it's there, its there. If you don't land it you'll prolly just tip over and lace it second or 3rd try.

Learn misty 5 first they are very similar to rodeos

Spring conditions are best on the snow in the parks. As others said, the trampoline work is good for this. Diving board into a pool can even work for some stuff just to get comfortable.

I can Misty, Rodeo, and Flat. Misty is forward, Rodeo is back, flat is like reaching for the opposite flag on the jump. It’s not the same, it’s literally opposite directions. That’s like saying Bio and Cork are the same because you only know how to spin natural
