I stopped using shampoo in november and i just use a good quality conditioner now. My hair has never been so thick and healthy. Also if i’m my experience my scalp has become extremely healthy. I stopped getting dandruff and I save a little bit of money. Just try it for 2 weeks, the lipids in the conditioner bind to the lipids in your hair to prevent it from getting greasy. Try it for two weeks and your life will be changed forever.
I know some people can rock no shampoo but I'd feel super gross if I did that. For sure though, at most anyone should be doing is shampooing every other day. I do it like every 3 days or something
My hair was frizzy as fuck before I stopped using it. I still shampoo once or twice a month but used to use it daily. The more curly your hair is the more shampoo fucks it up.

this is true this is what my hair looks like after using morrocan argan oil shampoo, I do like the frizzy hair as long as it doesn't stay in my face. Otherwise I just use conditioner put a headband on an look like a mushroom
