This question has been really biting at me. Do spiders ski with one ski per leg? Do they only need some of their legs? What are the grab possibilities with 8 legs? Are there different schools of thought about this amongst arachnids, like snowboarders deviating from skiers?

What a great question; I think spiders have a lot of great options on the mountain. I’ve narrowed it down to the most functional here though. The next question is.. if you were a spider what setup are you rocking?

Man, have you ever heard about charlottes web. Man her web be catchin all the skis, like all of em. Instead of em bugs, she be snatchin em skis. Like idk how she be doin this skiin webs in shit. She on like 50 skis at one time. I know 8 legs could mean 8 skis, but charlotte be on another level my dude. Why I have no idea how she be doin it, but wilburs got the best eyes. He may be a pig, but that goddamn pig knows she’s shredding the slopes of the local barnyard. Man, have you ever thought what it would look like if this thang was doin corks in shit. No idea dude, but let a rip n shit!

Spiders die if they become colder than 23°F, so the spider would probably die, therefore taking a spider skiing would be a very irresponsible decision.

JITYSpiders die if they become colder than 23°F, so the spider would probably die, therefore taking a spider skiing would be a very irresponsible decision.

Pretty sure I'm not 23° when I'm skiing either or skiing would suck a lot more. Gotta get that spider kitted up and it's chillin n steezin

Thing is spiders don't generate body heat like us. Gotta get him a heated jacket or hes done
