MinggHonestly it could be a lot of things. Are you on inhaled steroids? Or have you had antibiotics recently for something else? Both of those can feed the yeast that naturally lives in your mouth.
Fun fact: we all have yeast in our mouth, it’s part of the normal bacteria in/on you. The yeast is kept in check by “good” bacteria, so if you disrupt the good bacteria, yeast has the opportunity to grow. And then you have thrush.
Side note: if you use too much mouthwash suddenly that can throw off the bacteria in your mouth and cause thrush.
