Another Level podcast needs to command the space it occupies

They still film, edit and produce ski movies, not just their own but for other crews as well. They have also became more production house helping people for example to get sponsors for their projects.

I guess they are too busy to do podcast which is shame.
I loved their podcast, having ski people talk about current state of affairs rather than recapping their life story again and again was super refreshing.

I can't speak to what's going on BTS at Level 1, I'm sure they're still very busy. Even tho they've stopped focusing on just one annual full-length film, doesn't mean they're done making content. But it seems they're more expansive than ever, so I hope the podcast picks up and doesn't get left behind.

After Superunknown, I hope they record episodes this spring/summer and throw us some bones during the off season!

1. We're not done making movies. We're done making "full length annual ski movies". We've put out a number of short ski films for free the past two years and have quite a bit of awesome stuff queued up for our YouTube this fall. Won't spoil anything but you all will be stoked. We've also been working on a feature length documentary about Trevor Kennison that isn't a classic ski movie, but will be awesome nonetheless and is taking up a TON of our time.

2. Each of these 1.5-2hr episodes takes about 15-17 hours to create. Between the research involved, lining up the guest and coordinating the interview, actually recording the interview, editing it, exporting it, and creating promo for it. It's seriously time consuming.

3. With everything we have going on and the time required, doing the podcast on a regular basis just isn't possible. It's basically a full-time job, and these podcasts don't make any money. They're something we do for fun and because we think the culture needs it, but there is absolutely no way to justify doing them year-round.

Still going to try to do more this summer! They are super fun but we'll never be able to do them all the time and we want to be straight up about that.
