Likely pivot 14/15 or perhaps pivot 18 if you're sending shit. You should consider something a little beefier in comparison to the pivots to keep up with your size and weight.

In my mind there’s no other binding on the market besides pivot 15/18 after trying attacks etc.

i can’t even tell my ski came off on weird falls and I love it

Pivots are the toyota land cruiser of bindings. They're expensive new, expensive used, are a lot heavier than competitors but last forever, and old ones were cheap until everyone and their mom suddenly decided they wanted them.
