First camcorder I put in a tape and it just shows this screen. Some help would be really appreciated because I have no clue what it means. Thanks.

try a different tape or no tape and see if the video function works then

I looked online about the screen thing and it said to take it to a repair place. But, I paided of a working camcorder so I sent it back.

yeah that’s an L in the analog world. my blood would be boiling if i bought a cam and it came non functional.

I'm pretty sure eBay has a policy where u can get your money back if something is falsely advertised (they say it's fully functional and it isn't). Never had this happen to me but it's still a pain in the ass. Always a gamble to buy stuff online
