How to tail press longer

I can only hold it for about 30 seconds then when I stand up I cry, is there any way to get rid of the pain, or should I just stop being a pussy and do it?

1st one is a tail slide
2nd, looks alright, better than most people do.
Pretty sure OP is talking about just skiing forward and leaning way back seat for a long time which is weak.

Nah I was talking about doing tricks with it, like really long tail butters and stuff and 30 seconds is kinda over exaggerating it
