Sand Skiing in Spain?

A bunch of sand blew over from the Sahara Desert and blanketed southern Spain in sand... including the ski area at Sierra Nevada outside of Grenada, Andalusia.



The lifts are still turning.

can’t be good for the mechanical stuff like lifts etc, I spent years working Southern Europe on yachts and that sand causes havoc and gets in every inch of everything!
