3s and 5s with grabs

hey guys! i somehow lost my 3s and 5s with grabs and can't seem to get them back. i always end up losing balance when i'm at the 180 mark
does anyone have some tips? thank youuu :)

Hey OP focus on the spin first while bringing your knees up to your chest. Let the ski come to you as opposed to reaching far for that ski. That is most likely why you are loosing balance. Good luck mane you will get them back

looking down to find a grab will throw you off balance. Keep looking for the landing and don't rush the grab, bring your knees up instead of reaching down

this happened to me and i lost my spinning axis and learned how to cork lol
