Skiing in non ski brand stuff

I was looking at some new pants and just for fun I was looking at volcom and 686 sites. They had some clean looking stuff. Is it lame to ski in snowboard branded stuff or am I just overthinking it?

I think it’s dope, best from two worlds. I wear public and dustbox stuff

One thing you might find with pants specifically is the lack of reinforcement on the inside edge of the lower leg.

In all seriousness though, just wear whatever you think looks good. My bib pants are by Ride and I love them. I even thought of getting the Salmon Arms x DWD mittens. Also 686 isn't exclusive to snowboarders lol I wear a 686 rugby shirt all the time

Wore only Volcom for the first like, 5 years I skied I loved their stuff and still do. Who cares man, rock what makes you feel good. One thing though is that snowboard specific pants may lack the cordura/ripstop on the inside of the pant leg bottoms, which means that your edges may tear them up a bit. I’ve had it happen on a couple Burton and Volcom pants. Not a huge deal but that extra renforcement is nice
