Pick up another hobby. I do league hockey in the winter. Summer time I do enduro biking, fishing and grilling.

Depression fucking sucks and I've had my fair share. Sometimes over women, sometimes over drugs and alcohol withdrawal.
Exercise is another key factor to digging yourself out. Get laid even bro.
