So I’m looking to upgrade the from the stock liner in my Head Raptors and I’m mainly considering a Lace-up Liner from Intuition (likely the plug race) but I’m wondering if there are any other good liners I should be considering. My priorities are a low-volume and as warm as possible for this kind of boot

Race plugs are nice…if you are looking for a low volume stiff liner this is a great option..
mrk127You know anything about the warmth of a foam liner vs Intuition?
Intuition will probably be slightly warmer, but no one has complained of a Mimic Professional being cold. The most important thing to remember is that a proper fit is key to staying warm. If you have a low volume boot but you put a thick Intuition liner into it and cuts off your circulation, then you are going to get cold despite having an Intution liner. So you need to make sure the liner works with your foot and shell combination. It all has to fit together properly in order to be warm.

So I have used Intuition liners in my boots in the past, as mentioned they are great liners. That said I put the MIMIC Professional liner @ONK mentioned in my boots this year and they are amazing liners. The fit you get is fantastic, hands down the best fit I have ever had. In terms or warmth, I have had no issues, my feet haven’t been cold at all and I have been out in some very cold days this year. Highly recommended…
