Stretches and routines after a day of skiing?
usually i don’t ever push myself this hard, but there are days where i just rip for a solid 6 or 7 hours and my legs are completely worn out by the end of the day, to the point where my quads get super tight like they’re cramping and i end up struggling to walk up and down stairs the next day.
just wondering if anyone has like a routine they do after a day of skiing, even if it’s not for something extreme like this but just a cool down routine in general to help ease the muscles
I roll around on a lax ball
I just sit on my ass for the rest of the day
One 4oz curl followed by 8-10 reps of shrinking 16oz curls.
Sometimes 5 sets.
Get a morphine and ibuprofen prescription
Calf stretches - loads of calf stretches, for me.
Foam rollers are great, if you can afford a massage gun go for it.
I honestly grabbed an old P90x yoga dvd and have been doing it a little before and a lot after, that would be my advice for sure
I usually drink a 12 oz cappuccino
ice packs, ice bath, ice ice ice
any cold therapy you can get your hands on
shinbang miracle cure
Pizza, beer and weed usually does the trick for me
All times are Eastern (-4)
