Replying to Bashing yourself on dumb easy features

Daddy5K1***5:
So last night I was skiing. I lapped the Mainers waiting for the park to be open after its evening groom. Once it opened, I did some nice tricks and was lacing everything up well. Then, this C-box from hell decided I needed a sternum-taco face plant onto a block of ice. Now it hurts to do everything and I’m not skiing again this weekend (hopefully next weekend, although this one is not feeling good today).

I am wondering if anyone has bruised their sternum and what they did about it. Not looking to sit in a doctors office just to hear “take some ibuprofen”, so I’m coming to the alpha-medical advice page of internet for answers.

Secondly, I’m wondering if other people out there are doing corks and inverts etc fine, and then get mangled on the easy features when they’re not expecting it…
