weastcoatIf snowshoe pushes back their opening from their set date of nov 24 I might try to come up before thanksgiving at least. Cause with this weather that’s expected here I know damn well Springs and snowshoe won’t be open for a hot minute, next month forecast looks depressingly warm. It’ll be by the grace of god that Snowshoe somehow pumps out enough snow this week to survive incoming warm temps and to open on the 24th. Springs hasn’t even bothered making snow, reasonably, but this is why Snowshoe is superior to 7 springs lol.

WoFlowzHV is still claiming nov26th this weekend I’ll ask my boss if he knows anything. I’ll also ask my friends dad whose a ski patrol if they’ve heard anything either.

Just doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe a year ago it would in a way… but not now. Not sure if that’s snowshoe’s call or Alterra Mtn Resort’s call but that shit just doesn’t make sense… losing money if you ask me.
