The maroon-ish one I built a gti engine for and put a cam into it. Also put a 5speed in it (was a 4).
the rainbow lookin one I bought blown up a few years ago. It had a turbo 16v engine. I got a junkyard aba bottom end for it and had the head rebuilt. This weekend I just slammed the engine and a new trans in the car. The wiring is all messy and hacked from the guy that originally put it together (it’s run on megasquirt) so I have to go through all of the wiring and figure out what sensors I need to add. Also learn how to tune a car through their program, which I’m kinda nervous about.

I love that, I am a big time VW guy, whole family is. I have an 0̷2 Golf TDI with the good ol' ALH in it, I absolutely love it. I gave her some bigger noƶƶles and a 1.5" lift, fun car. Keep up the VW love, those projects look super cool. That engine bay is sexy 😍 Actually... a photo (even if it is from yesterday at the carwash...)
continuing car theme of today. Vail out giving parking tix in 30 minute parking in their free ramp. I usually charge (wife’s) car while I get dressed/set up my bike and then move it into a nearby 30 min parking spot so at end of day I can do same, charge another 5 mins while I pack. Never been an issue but not any more apparently. BS.
