Does anyone else use Strava (for anything) and want more friends on it? It’s cool seeing what people get up to.
I’m working on doing my first 10k race in December, then moving on to a Half Marathon and hopefully a Marathon sometime in 2022.
My 10k pace is between 5:05 and 5:40/per km at the moment but I’m trying to improve that. I run a 4:50/per km 5km so getting to that would be ideal.
4:50/minutes per km is 7:47/minutes per mile.
