Ive had a few ACL surgeries, rehab is key. Like
@SkierPT has on his page, follow some of his routines and it will be sure to help.
Put your boots on and sit on something that is high enough to keep your feet elevated off the floor(Like sitting on the chairlift). Turn your feet slowly to the left and right, just turning your lower leg. This will give you a feel of what it is going to be like with the added weight on your knee. If you feel any pain, keep working on the PT, focus on knee strengthening routines such as 1 legged stands and closing your eyes(great for your balance too). If you feel good enough to go slide some snow, just take it easy and listen to your body. Make some good turns and just get comfortable with skiing again. I know after any injury we tend to be intimidated at getting back into it but just take it easy and remember, 1 day at a time. Best of luck and congrats on getting back at it!
